According to my parents, my first sentence was “Hi, bee! What doin’, bee?” It was the beginning of a lifelong fascination. After taking Apiology and Apiculture in college, I’m ready for the day I can be a beekeeper and talk to bees all the time (especially now that beekeeping has been legalized in NYC).
